Dear Maria,

I am a tenant in one of your flats . I would like to inform you that some furniture items I have in my flat are of poor quality.

I have recently rented this flat from you. After spending a few days in this unit, I have noticed several defects in the furniture that has been provided. There is a large table in the dining room, which has a deep scratch on its top surface. A few chairs placed around this table have broken and uneven legs, which cannot be used for sitting. Furthermore, the door of wardrobe cannot be properly closed as it is misaligned.

Therefore, I request that you please either get these items replaced or fixed them. I would also urge that you kindly investigate why I have been provided faulty furniture. Before renting out this apartment, all necessary items, including furniture, should have been properly inspected.

Thank you for your time.

Sincerely,

Abid
