Dear Mr. Sane,

I am Dhvani Ranpura.I live in 3/A,shantivan apartment,victoria road. Me and my family moved in one of your rented property on last month dated 2nd June.On the time of contract everything in the house looking perfect but when we shifted we face some issues for that I thought to draw your attention.

Since,last week we are facing issue in one of the bedroom’s wardrobe was damaged and kitchen’s wall had a crack. We shifted before 20 days and just started to unpack our stuff. When we were arranging our wardrobe we saw that door was broken from the right edge.Also,we noticed that in the dinning area there is a big crack which might make problems during monsoon.

I humbly request you to take quick action.As rain will be start any now and then before that we have to repair kitchen’s area. I am attaching photo with this letter to clear the things up.We have to make relation stronger in upcoming years as this relation is long term.
