Dear Sir/Madam,I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the technical issues I have been experiencing since subscribing to your streaming platform, as well as the lack of response from customer service concerning these issues.I purchased the premium membership package last Monday and everything went smoothly initially. However, two days later, the application began to shut down while I was watching movies. Additionally, I noticed that I no longer have access to movies available in the premium plan.
In an attempt to resolve these, I contacted customer service via email and instagram several times and was left without a response. I also tried calling the contact number available online but my calls were not answered.I would appreciate if these issues are resolved as soon as possible. However, if they persist, I would like a full refund for the service.
