I am writing to report several technical issues and to express my dissatisfaction with your customer service.
I subscribed to your online streaming service a few months ago; however, I have experienced a number of problems since then. Firstly, I was unable to log in to my account, which prevented me from accessing any content for several days. This was extremely inconvenient, as I had already paid for the service. In addition, the videos frequently stopped or buffered while I was watching them, which made it difficult to enjoy the service.
Furthermore, I attempted to contact customer support by phone, but I was unable to reach anyone, and I did not receive a callback. I also sent an email three days ago explaining these issues in detail; however, I have not yet received any response. This lack of communication has been very frustrating.
I enjoy your streaming service and would like to continue using it in the future. Therefore, I would appreciate it if you could resolve these issues promptly and improve the quality of your customer support.
