I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the streaming service that I subscribed to one month ago. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from satisfactory, and I feel compelled to bring these issues to your attention.

Firstly, the quality of the service has been disappointing. Many of the movies and series advertised on your platform are either unavailable or frequently removed without notice. In addition, the streaming quality is often poor, with constant buffering and interruptions, even when my internet connection is stable. This has made it very difficult to enjoy the content I am paying for.

Furthermore, I have encountered several technical problems while using the service. The application often crashes unexpectedly, and subtitles are sometimes out of sync with the audio.
