Dear Entrant,
I hope you are doing well. My name is Nana, and I am a graduate of Bluegill University. I am writing this letter to introduce myself as an interviewer in a volunteer program for prospective students. Following this letter, I want to arrange a suitable time for us to meet.
The interview is designed to help the potential student learn more about the university and share your educational goals and interests. It will be a casual discussion where you are able to ask about your plans and what you do not understand about the major that matches you or anything that is related to your academics.
I would also like to let you know that there is a possibility that the interview may need to be cancelled or rescheduled if either of us has an unexpected condition. If this happens, I will contact you as soon as possible to re-arrange another suitable time.
However, for the next appointment, I would like to invite you on Friday, 5th of June 2026 at 10 a.m in the student building of Bluegill University. Please show your invitation first to the office staff when you come. If this time is not suitable with you, please let me know, and we can make alternative appointments.
I look forward to hearing from you and talking with you soon.
Best regards,
Nana
Alumna of Bluegill University
