My name i zain and i am studying in your aceadmy from last 5 days.I am here to study about ielts class but, Now I have a some issues which i am facing right now. Acorrding to brochure the class is about 5 hours but now teacher is talking our class about 3 hours. There are some problems here like our speaking session is not started yet and teacher did not concentrate on our listening and reading tests.In listening headphones are not working properly and we are facing issue in listening because when the recording starts the headphones dont work in the middle of recording due to their jacks because the headphones are very old and we have to hold their jack with hand and it interruppts in our test.We did not concentrate on our test.There is timing issue also according to brochure the class is 9:00 am to 2:00 pm but but our class starts after 10:00 clock.So, please sir i have a request please tell teachers to take our class on time and resolve the issue of headphones
