Dear Smith,

I hope you are doing well. I would like to inform you about some maintenance issues we are facing at unit no. 1.

The problems we are facing about the leaking faucet in our bathtub which is actually from the warm water section from the last two days as it’s really getting difficult for our daily lives in this heavy winter. In addition, one of the windows in our drawing room is almost broken and the wind as well as cold air comes from that broken parts since late January; so it’s almost more than three months. As a result, we have to cover those broken section with using some cardboard which didn’t worked and it’s getting more difficult for my daughter to stay and play in that drawing space.

I request you to take a quick neccesery steps for resolving these issues as early as possible and we are available this weekends throughout the all day and if need we can manage our time to be free and stay at home or the maintenance team already had the extra master keys and they can come in anytime in our apartment during the day to fix these issues.
