Dear Mark

I am writting this letter regarding the flat that you rent me from next month.

As you know, I rented one of the properties that belonged to you, and i am supposed to move on september, 1st. But, I broke my leg during my gym training due my my neglegence. And due to which, I was hospitalised last week and i have been told by doctor for atleast 2 week of bedrest . So, during that time i will be staying with my uncle at his residence.

However, I want you to kindly dont charge me for the upcoming month, and allow me to postponed my movin dates until 1 october, As it was unexpected for me.

I hope to hear from you soon.
