Dear sir/mam,
I am writing this letter to acknowledge you about It would not be possible for me to move in a different apartment because of not receiving the job confirmation letter form my employer.
Right now, I am stuck in a situation from which neither I can escape nor change my plans. As we had discussed in the lease agreement and in person about me moving to a different city if I could find a good job and leaving this house in between the lease agreement or after the ending of the lease contract.
Recently, I applied for my field job in Accounting and Financing sector in North Bay, Ontario, I was selected for the interview and successfully passed the interview as well. However, I have not received any job confirmation, or any job offer letter from that company. Additionally, the lease agreement with you for this apartment is ending this following month so, I thought of leaving this city and apartment completely and choose to move to North Bay for my convenience. But, as I have not received any sort of confirmation, I would not be able to leave this house at the end of the next month.
I request you to extend my lease contract just for an additional month would certainly help me to come out of this critical situation in which I am stuck right now. I would be leaving your house as soon as I get my job confirmation or offer letter from the company and before moving and leaving the city, I would like to meet you and handover the keys and say thank you for supporting me in this situation.
