Dear sir

I am writing to say sorry for not submitting my project on time the deadline was last week on 21th September for the business management course I am really sorry for being late

I could not finish my project because I had a family problem my father became ill suddenly and he went to hospital I had to go Rawalpindi quickly to meet my family I was there for five days I did not take my laptop with me so I could not work on my project

Now I am back on my own city attock and I am working on my project again I have finished most of work almost 80% only two parts are left I need few more days to complete my project properly and as soon as possible I will submit my project

Could you please give me an extension until 2nd October I will definitely submit my project by that date I promise that will be never happen again

Thank you for understanding me I will be waiting for your response
