Dear Sir or Madam,

I hope you are well. I am Roank Chaudhari. I am enrolled in your course; my student number is #1234. I am writing this email regarding last week’s project submission on problems occurring due to environmental changes.

First and foremost, I apologize that I have not submitted my project yet due to my health condition. Moreover, last week was my birthday, and my friends planned a beach party that I could not resist attending. Last week, due to rapidly changing weather conditions and staying three four hours on beach i got a severe cold, I could not even drink water I have tried many home remedies and eventually had to see a doctor and i told to rest for five days.

Despite having a cold and headache, i tried to finish my project more than halfway. My humble request to you is that you give a weak extension to complete my assignment.

I hope, Professor, you understand my problem and give me some extra time. I am looking forward to your answer.
