I have been going to the gym since 2018, but I am so angry because I do not see any results. I feel horrible about this. Normally I am going to the gym twice a week, and this is good for me because I do not have a lot of time because I work a lot.
In basic gym day I usually started from hip thrust, in four series per 10 exercises, after that I usually have death lifts the same four series per 10 exercises, after that I have Roman bench four series per 10 exercises, and I finish my training with 10 min cardio.
Please give me your advice and opinions because I have huge problem with progress. I think that I still stay in the same place when I was starting.
I will send you videos how I made training. Maybe you will see better my mistakes.
I must lost 5kg to finish this month because I feel sad with my body. I must be also a little bit more stronger than now. Please help me. I know that you have horrible big knowledge.
