Dear Mr. Sami,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am reaching out to request a favor that would greatly help me during my upcoming trip. I received an invitation to my cousin’s wedding in London, which will be a wonderful opportunity for my family and me to celebrate this special occasion together. We are scheduled to leave Bangladesh on July 25th and will be away for two weeks.

During our absence, I kindly ask if you could look after our house. While we are away, there are a few tasks I would greatly appreciate your assistance with. As you know, we have two tenants living in our home, so it would be helpful if you could occasionally turn on the water motor to ensure they have access to water. Additionally, there is a small garden that belongs to my sister; if you could water the plants once or twice a day, that would be fantastic.

Furthermore, we have a dog that requires daily care. I would be grateful if you could feed him 2-3 times a day; you’ll find his food stored in our pantry. Your help would mean so much to us, and I would be more than happy to return the favor whenever needed.
