Dear Mr.John,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am reaching you out to request a favour that might greatly be helpful for me during my upcoming tour.

Actually, I have an urgent training programme that is scheduled by my organisation on 25th December so, I have to go away for one week.

During me absence, I humbly ask you to look after my house. While I am away, there are some small chores to do and if you could do that, would be highly appreciated. As you know, I have a beautiful cat in my house that is brought from Russia by one of my cousin. I really love her so much. In that concern, I have a kind request to you to feed her 3 times in a day. Her feed is stored in my pantry so you can easily find it out.

Furthermore, I have a small, fascinating garden in my house, organised by myself. I put a lot of efforts, filled with affection, joy and warmth feelings, to see it blooming and nourishing. This gives freshness and provides soothing sense to eyes. Your assistance could be remarkable if you water it once or twice in a day.
