Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing this letter to request for accommodations that would suits for my daily living in college university residence.

I would prefer a sinle person room for my convenience with own bathroom for my privacy and small living room therefore, I could do my homework assignments, predominantly not expensive.

Additionally, for the meal I preferably eat vegetables and egg for breakfast, and for lunch and dinner i would choose fish or chicken rather than meat because I have allergies from pork and cow’s meat.

However, if this meals are not available because you are following daily recipe schedule. Hopefully the administration could provide an alternative replacement for my daily diet to keep my allergies away. Hope this letter finds you well and

I truly appeciate if you would grant my request.

Hope to hear from you soon at your earliest convenience.

Yours faitfully,

Thad
