I will be joining your college next year and am writing to enquire about the accommodation and food options available in the Hall of Residence.

I would prefer a private room, as I study best in a quiet and peaceful environment. In addition, I have some dietary restrictions, as I am allergic to most types of beans. For this reason, I would prefer a room with basic cooking facilities, such as a small heater and a fridge. It would also be ideal if the room were located on campus,as this would save travel time and allow me to take part in college activities more easily.

Could you please let me know if such accommodation is available? If not, I would appreciate it if you could suggest alternatives, such as access to a cafeteria that provides customised meals or other suitable housing options nearby.
