Dear Ms. Annisa,

Hello, I hope you are having a great day. By way of introduction, my name is Kinan Faryabi. I have recently moved into the house beside yours. I have just completed the cleaning and furniture arrangement in my new home. I hope that we can get to know each other better.

As this is my first house, I would like to host a party at my place next Friday evening. I am planning to have my friends come over at around 7 p.m for dinner. After that, we will enjoy some music and drinks together. To end the evening, I would like to play some board games.

I would be delighted to invite you to the party and introduce you to my friends. They are friendly people, and I am sure that you will enjoy meeting them. You do not need to bring any food or drinks, as I will prepare everything for the party. If you would like to come, please let me know as soon as possible.
