Dear John,

How are you ? I hope you are doing well.

To introdue myself, I am Cijo Chacko Jose,a new neighbour , staying 415 Niagara street. I moved yesterday and working as a Bank manager in the CIBC bank at Scott Street.

To begin with, i am just planning to hold a party to my relatives and close friends according to my new house warming in coming sunday around 8pm. Moreover during the party , i would like to arrange a small music concert in my house. I understand that the noise may be disturb to every neighbour including you. But this party will be one of my memorable momentsand lots of friends are coming. I can assure that the programme will be conclude with in 3 hours .

Furthermore i am warmly welcome you and your family to this occasion and make our neighbour bond strong .

I am expecting your presence in this party and so on.
