Dear Sir,
I am writing this to express the disappointment with the provisions provided by you on my recent trip to Calgary.
Actually, I had been to a 3-day trip, from 1st October to 3rd October, to visit South Caves in Calgary, which was planned by your travel agency. Admittedly, all the previous vacations under your management were up to the right standard, thereby making me a loyal customer of your travel plans. However, the facilities at the recent trip failed to meet my expectations.
To provide you with some insight, the weather suddenly turned bad during the trip. Intially, strong winds started blowing followed by a thunderstorm. What disheartened me the most was all the staff members immediately escaped to save themselves, leaving the visitors to survive through the disaster anyhow. Moreover, there were not any sort of self-help emergency services.
Having experienced such downgraded services from a highly reputed company, I am totally dismayed. Nevertheless, I would like to have a clarification from you that why the services were awful this time. Furthermore, I highly believe that all the members of that trip deserve a refund because of these derogatory provisions.
I would appreciate a prompt action regarding this.
Yours faithfully,
Emily Clark.
