Hope you will found this letter in good condition. The purpose of writing this letter is to cordially invite you on my promotion party. I had been awaiting for this promotion from so long. I did too much hardwork to achieve this milestone. Now, i have become an Accounting director in my industry. This is pivotal moment for me. I know you would be very happy after reading this news.

On this special occasion, I am throwing a small gathering at my home garden on 27th October at night. I believe, you will surely attend this after your working hours. We will spend a good time together and enjoy this my personal achievement moment.

It would be great if you will bring Malai chaap along with rumali roti from Veerji chat wala which is nearby your office location. The taste and the quality of chaap is really awsome, everyone will enjoy this. We are cooking daal makhni and mali kofta along with home made chapti, some softdrink along with hard drinks too are also available in this party.
