Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to introduce myself and let you know that I will hold a party recently. My name is Jun; I moved to this lovely community about 1 month ago and I am glad to be your neighbour. I would like to let you know that I am going to hold a moving party next Sunday. On that day many of my friends and family members will come, and most of them will take public transport so would not have too many cars be parked on verges.

In addition, we are having an outdoor barbeque at back of my yard which may create some smoke and noise, but we will try to control the voice volume and use filtered ventilation to reduce the smoke.

Also, I would like to invite you to participate in the party and share the joy with you. I believe it would be great if you could bring your family to join us and enjoy the meals.
