Dear Sir or Madam,
Recently, I read an article in an international travel magazine discussing the Bahria Town, and unfortunately, some of the information is incorrectly written. As per the article, the fort of the founder of Pakistan is located in Bahria Town; however, it is located in the central zone of the city, which is surrounded by several other historical monuments.
It is vital for the Editor-in-Chief of the magazine to rectify the mistake as soon as possible because the fort is an important tourist destination. The inaccurate information may lead several travellers and historians from other countries to visit the town in the belief that the fort is located there. This incorrect details could negatively affect the reputation of your organisation.
I would like to recommend some suggestions that could enable your company to overcome this situation. It is vital for the Editor-in-Chief to write the same article with corrected information about the fort’s location. Additionally, the writer should apologise to the readers of the magazine for this inconvenience.
I am looking forward to getting a positive response.
Yours faithfully,
Vikash.
