Let me introduce myself to you, I am Jo and I am a regular customer of Travellova. I have been a reader since a few years ago because every topic that your magazine brings is always interesting. My intention of writing this letter to you is because you are the head editor of Travellova Magazine, which I have found an issue regarding one of the articles in the latest release of it.
In the latest Travellova Magazine, it brought an article about our biggest sauna destination, Guci, that is placed in Bumijawa, Central Jaba. The whole paragraph about it was pretty accurate except one of this particular Information. There was a sentence that explained that Guci was close with Mount Merapi, which in fact, it was actually near Mount Slamet. To be honest, I was happy because Travellova finally wrote about one of a notable travelling destinations in my town, but it should have been better if your team did a research more about this topic since the mistake was pretty fatal and could lead people into believing a misinformation. It is really important for a magazine to always cover the correct information.
In addition, I would love to give you a suggestion regarding this matter. I think it will be good for your team to recheck that specific paragraph i have mentioned and do a correction about it in your current online catalogue since it is the most possible idea for now. It would have been even better if your team can also fix the issue in your next physical magazine release for this edition.
