Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing to express my concern about a mistake I noticed in the latest issue of your magazine, specifically in the article about Sabadell.

I have been a subscriber to your magazine for the past three years, and fortunately, this is the first time I have noticed an error. The article states that Sabadell is located two hours away from Barcelona. However, as a resident of the city, I can confirm that it is actually only about twenty minutes away by car or public transport.

As your magazine is read by thousands of travellers, I believe it is essential that all published information is carefully checked before publication. Inaccurate information may discourage potential visitors from travelling to Sabadell and could also damage the credibility of your magazine.

To resolve this situation, I would like to suggest that you publish a correction on your social media platforms and include the updated information in the next issue of the magazine. I believe this would help prevent further misunderstandings and maintain your readers’ trust.
