Band 6+: You recently had to visit the hospital after having an allergic reaction to the food at a restaurant. You had explicitly informed the staff of your allergy, but they disregarded it. Dear Manager,

I am writing to express my concern regarding my recent visit to your restaurant on 18th October 2026. Although the restaurant gave us an opportunity to enjoy the ambience, the food that was served to me has caused significant impact on my health regardless of advising your employee.

To begin with, I placed an order of 2 non-veg meals platter. Since the list of ingredients menitoned vividly about nuts, I explicitly mentioned the waitress to not to include nuts to my dish. Unfortunately, I had the dish which contained nuts in it because the nuts were grinded.

Futhermore, the next day I had suffered a swelling on my mouth. I immidietely consulted a doctor and they confirmed that this allergy was caused because of nuts consumption. Consequently, I had to skip an important meeting at my workplace. Likewise, I am undergoing the treatment from the hospital.

To compensate these setbacks, I would like the restaurant to offer me a one-time compensation of 5000$ alongside with free meals for my entire family for a year. Similarly, train your employees from future happenings.

I hope you would consider this matter seriously and provide me a swift resolution.
