Dear Meeru,

I hope you are in a radiant health and the best of the spirits. I am writing this letter to inform you regarding a major concern I am facing daily due to the fence between our houses.

Firstly, I would like to tell you about that your dogs daily came into my garden through the fence, hence, we haven’t repair it for ages, all the fences are in now poor condition on which all dogs can easily jump through it. Moreover, in my family, especially children are facing trouble to play in garden from few months ago, they are little and got scared from your dogs when they came around my place.

Secondly, I have decided to repair the fence but according to the estimate the budget of new fence cost is equal so, having a new enclosure of fence would be more convenient instead of repairing the old one. Additionally, your pets will be safe in your property and my children will be comfartable while playing in the garden. I would highly appreciate you, if you share 50% cost of overall expenses that it wouldn’t give my budget much more hazard.

At last, I request you to take it as a positive thing between us. I look forward to hearing from you with an update on sharing expenses.
