To the Manager,

I live in the apartment which is located at the second floor of the building which, in turn, is located on Evergreen street. To be particular, my flat is to the left after the stairs. I believe this area is under your management, and this letter will reach the right person.

I really enjoy staying here, but some problems make the experience less pleasant. The most annoying one of them is noise at the late time of day. My neighbours, I gathered, lead shifted lifestyle. They sleep at the day and are active mostly at night. Because of this I have not been able to get anough sleep for a month by now, and it starts to influence my work performance.

I would be happy if you remind people who live the floor above mine that it is inappropriate behaviour and that it is against the rules to produce such loud sounds late hours. If it does not help I believe that more strict measures are necessary.
