Dear Sir/Madam,

I hope this letter finds you well. I’m writing to you to invite you to our fundraising fair for the community charity which I believe might be of great interest to you due to the work and impact of the charity.

Pertaining to the mission of the charity, these include reducing inequalities in the community by providing preloved items from the affluent members available for the middle and low-income peers in an affordable price, funding various research projects which has helped improve health and wellbeing greatly and also tending to the needs of the community kids by creating friendly and creative activities where they come and have fun together. This has helped bring the community together greatly.

The fair is scheduled for Saturday, 25th September of this year by 1pm in the noon. This is believed to be the time everyone would be chanced to attend.

I genuinely believe your contribution will make a lot of difference as this will make the fair possible and enjoyable for everyone. This would be a memorable one for the whole society and kids especially as there is a bunch of activities themed for kids in the events and also for adults. It is an event meant to bring everyone together and have fun while also learning.
