Hi! It’s Anna.

I am taking a reponsibility for the next event in our schedule that is raising funds for a local animal shelter. I am writing this letter to inform animal community members to participate in this event. This is very crucial for us collecting the charity to help the animals that need more foods, medicines, and essentials. With the funds, we can also improve the facillities in that shelter. This event will be conducted on the next Monday, July 7th at animal park. The members of community will be placed around the park and collect the money from people who are passing by. The members could also bring some essentials that day and send the funds to the animal shelter in the end of the day.
