Dear Anu,

I hope you are fine and in good health. As you might be aware that our friend Neena is leaving from the company and Monday is her last working day.

I am planning to organize a farewell party for her since she has been a good friend of me since the day I joined in this organization. So, my motive is to surprise her and make her happy.

I am planning to conduct is on May 2nd, which means Friday at TAJ Resort Kottayam. I believe that would be a perfect location for the party since they have a lot of spce for gathering celebrations, so that we can spend the whole day there.

I need a small help from your end about choosing the cake and decorations. It would be really helpful if you can buy the decorations and cake since you are very good at these things.

I hope to meet you soon at the party.
