Dear Teena,

I hope you are doing well.I am writing to invite you to a weekend gateway for all of our closest friends.

In fact,we haven’t get any chance to met each other after our graduation.I really want everyone’s presence in this occasion,therefore,I have booked the Municipality Auditorum as it can be easily accessible for all.By considering everyone’s availability,the program has fixed on October 21 st,Sunday.

The event will include several fun activities and stunning performances from our classmates.Fortunately,we got permission from the management to access the private swimming pool as well as the graden;hence,we can organize a barbecue if the weather is favourable.Since,some of our friends are from outside the city,they can stay in the hotel nearby the venue.

I recommend all to pack a pair of dress and footwears,as we have some water activities in the evening.Concerning the food,they will furnish food on demand;however we have to pay extra for the plates and tables.I kindly request you to bring our old photos and videos,if you have some in your album,that might be helpful to bring back us to our memories.
