Dear Members,

I hope you’re all doing well. I am pleased to announce a weekend getaway for all our members to a ski resort. We have a plethora of activities planned, ranging from skiing, snowboarding to ice skating. The main aim of this plan is to collaborate in person and to get more insights about each other while having the best time at the resort. We have selected and arranged accomodation at gulmarg ski resort for the 15th of this month. Apart from snow activities, we have a number of activities planned for children at our resort which consists of swimming and painting.

I am really excited to see you all and would be glad if you all can make up for the trip. The weather at the resort will be brutally cold, so please make sure to get warm clothes with a pair of snow boots. Additonally, there is no medical shops available nearby and we highly recommend to bring your medication along with you.
