I am writing this letter to communicate my concern the flat I rented last week at 5th Avenue Apartment no:23.

Firstly, today I have found a chance to take a quick scan into apartment again before carrying my furnitures, as I was planning to move next weekend. Unfortunately, I found out some cracks in the tiles at the bathroom which affect fresh athmosphere in there. In addition, walls need to be painted as soon as possible, especially the living room walls are stained.

Moreover, the repairs are vital because damaged tiles at the bathroom may fall down into the floor and cause more cracks. Additionally, regarding the painting, I loved the flat due to its cozy atmosphere and unique design;however, old paint spoils the lovely atmosphere in the house and relatively affects my overall comfort.

Lastly, the flat will be available to repair between the dates October 5th and October 12th. Please inform me if you require further time.

I would greatly appreciate it if you could complete the repairs at your earliest convenience. I look forward to your response.
