I hope you’re doing well! Congratulations on earning your bachelor’s degree—I’m so happy for you.

I wanted to share some exciting news: I was promoted last month and have been offered an internship in Berlin! I’ve started searching for apartments and realized that you live in Berlin now, so I could really use your advice. Do you know any good real estate websites for renting apartments?

I haven’t decided on a specific area yet, but safety is my top priority, as I’ll be living there alone. Easy access to public transport is also essential. If possible, I’d love to find a place near the river—provided it’s within a reasonable budget.

I’m looking for a small one-bedroom apartment or perhaps a studio. A kitchen is a must since I enjoy cooking, but otherwise, I’m not too particular since I’ll only be in Berlin for three months.
