I hope this letter finds you in great spirits.As you might heard about according to my job I am moving to New York City and I just discovered that you’re living there. I would be grateful if you can help me to find convenient and affordable accommodation to live.

Since you’re living there for a long time and familiar with your area, I would like to ask your valuable advice.

If you’re agree about helping me I’d like to describe some features of my dream home. I’m looking for a cozy double bedroom apartment or a small house with lovely garden and terrace.
