I hope this letter finds you in great spirits. As you might have heard, according to my job, I am moving to New York City, and I just discovered that you are living there. I would be grateful if you could help me find convenient and affordable accommodation.

Since you have been living there for a long time and are familiar with the area, I would like to ask for your valuable advice.

If you agree to help me, I would like to describe some features of my dream home. I am looking for a cozy double-bedroom apartment or a small house with a lovely garden and terrace.
