Dear manager

I am writing to express dissatisfaction with yesterday I visited your sports centre and I dissatisfaction this condition. That is why I am writing to you.

Last Monday my friends and I decided to visit your sports centre for olay tennis. We went there and entered to the changing room for change clothes. And there condition was bad. Everywhere dirty and dusty. There were many garbages there. We were not changed our clothes there and we came back home.

I think, you are newly opened sports centre and that such a situation is not suitable for you and I demand a full refund of our money.

I look forward to your reply and I would be grateful you help me as soon as possible.
