Dear Sir or Madam,
I am writing this letter to express my frustration with the changing rooms at your sports centre.
Last Saturday, my friends and I decided to try out your sports centre to play basketball for the first time because it is brand new by our neighbourhood. However, my first-time experience was extremely disappointing as the changing rooms’ door cannot be locked. Constantly, I was on alert and scared of someone walking in by accident. As a result, after our game, I did not even bother going into the changing room to switch to my lifestyle clothes. Same with a couple of my other friends. We walked out of your centre with sweaty jerseys on.
For a newly opened centre like yours, this should be avoided at all cost as it fails to leave a great first impression for your customers. My friends and I believe that we deserve a formal apology and also a refund for our daypass. In addition, it is advisable to fix the door locks in the changing rooms as soon as possible in order to prevent such an event happening to your future customers.
We hope you treat this matter seriously and take an immediate action to recover the damage.
Yours faithfully,
Sam Lee
