Dear Sir or Madam,

I have been residing in London for the past ten years. Recently, I noticed that there are many homeless people who are facing many difficulties in the winter season. Therefore, to solve this issue, I am organizing a fundraising event to build an accommodation for such people.

I believe as humans, it is our responsibility to look after each other in difficult times. The event will take place on the 14th of June at Victoria park at 8 p.m. I have spoken with the mayor and he has agreed to give the government land located beside Victoria park for this cause. Consequently, all the donations that will be received that day, will be used to build a bulding with 100 rooms inside. Each room will be distributed to one homeless family. Every small contribution is greatly appreciated.
