Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing regarding a fundraising event organized by the Rainbow Animals Club, support our local animal shelter to bring some festive cheer by purchasing warm sweaters for the cats and dogs to get through this winter. As, the president of the club I not only strongly resonate with supporting the businesses in our neighborhood but also uplift the spirit of the animals in our shelter as they feel lonely post adoption events.

We have introduced three tiers for our sponsors starting at $50 which would include a complimentary photo of the shelter animal wearing their new sweater. The next level is at $100, in which you would get 2 entry tickets to our raffle inorder to win a holiday basket. The final tier would be $150. This includes the benefit of a ticket to your the concert of your choice in town.

I would like to cordially invite you to our event that would be held at the Expo center on the 24th of Friday this month at 4:30 pm, please RSVP to confirm your presence. Incase you have prior commitments and would not be able to attend, we more than welcome you to support us online on our website.
