I am Hope Elizabeth from Matta.I am a local of this area and as you might have noticed in these past few days that the previous natural disasters near the village close to our town have caused many damages to the people and their homes.Many families who could afford to move have already made a run for it,while those who are impoverished are still dealing with day to day expenses that they cannot afford.They are dealing with many problems like food,shelter,clothes and many more which they lack and the government is also turning a blind eye on it.As locals who live near them,we should be responsible to provide them with their needs and help them as much as we can.As we have lived through so many years together then we should also take a stand for our past bonds and for humanity.We should show our brotherhood to them.The people who have helped us with trade and benefited us with their extraordinary skills by contributing to our town willfully.Now,it’s our time to contribute and pay the good deeds that they have lent to us.So I would like to make a request on helping me with the a charity fundraising event by contributing whatever that could benefit those villagers.If you would like to contribute money,food,clothes etc that would be a wonderful help.The event will take place near the administrative office of our town.I hope you join us in this beautiful act of kindness that would help the lives of those who are in need.Thank you!
