Dear sir,

I am writing to invite you to a charity fundraising event organised be me as a manager of small events.

The purpose of this event is to raise funds for the deserving people. As i belong to the underdeveloping country where poverty rate is so high. I am passionate to help people to meet their basic needs and to support them financially.

We have decided this event to be held on 12th august 2025 on Saturday morning from 9am to 12pm at Al Subhan intercontinental hotel. moreover, we have arranged hi tea break from 12pm to 1pm.

We are inviting you to contribute in this program by just joining us. As many companies and businesses are linked to your business they will surely contribute to fundraising programme.
