Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing regarding a fundraising event organized by the Rainbow Animals Club to support our local animal shelter in order to bring some festive cheer by purchasing warm sweaters for the cats and dogs to get through this winter. As the president of the club I not only strongly resonate with supporting the businesses in our neighborhood but also to bring some comfort and warmth to our shelter as they feel lonely post adoption events.

We have introduced three tiers for our sponsorship program starting at 50 dollars that would include a complimentary photo of the shelter animal in their new sweater. The next level is 100 dollars, where you would get 2 entry tickets to to win a holiday turkey and cheese basket. The final tier would be 150 dollars and the winner of the draw would be able to attend their event of choice at the Expo center.

I would like to cordially invite you to our event that that would be held at the Convention center on the 24th of March at 4:30 pm.
