I hope this message finds you in great spirits. This is Jane, a close friend of Anna. I am reaching out to you with an exciting plan to surprise Anna for her upcoming 33rd birthday on November 24th.

I have organized a celebration at Max’s Restaurant, specifically in their event hall, which accommodates up to 30 guests for a duration of three hours. The meal will be served buffet-style, and the restaurant will provide an MC to manage the festivities.

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in making this surprise a success. We need decorations that align with a travel theme, so any materials you can gather to create an elegant backdrop would be incredibly helpful.
