Dear Mrs. Cruz,

I hope this message finds you well.This is Jane, Anna’s friend.I would like to surprise Anna for her upcoming 33rd birthday on November 24.I have plan to have her birthday at Max’s restaurant and I will invite our old friends in college and other workmates. The Max’s event hall accomodates maximum of 30 person and it will last for 3 hours only. Extended hour will have charges. The meal will be buffet style and an MC will be provided by the restaurant to handle the programs.

So,I will be needing your help to make this surprise smooth.I think we need to have a backdrop decor and that would be in travel theme. We need to gather materials that would make our theme elegant.Additionally,party hat will not be provided by the restaurant so we also need to make party hats, and also party poppers.We can also bring birthday cake on the venue.May I also assign one of your daugther to make invitations or send it via email to our friends.

We should keep it secret and no one will tell her about this party.She didn’t want to have part but I insisted it. Any request or suggestion will be accepted. Thank you for your support.
