Dear Friend,

I hope you are doing good. I am writing this letter to invite you to our hiking trip on this weekend.

The planned route will be started from the roadway of the end of the town, and will be finished at the top of the mountains. But in case of the weather, we might change that plan. It won’ be challenging for a beginner due to the pathway, i believe you can handle it. Speaking of the difficulties, you might need a high quality shoes, a backpack, and of course a jacket, so as to protect yourself if anything bad happen. You don’t need to take your wallet with you, it will be paid from the club budget.

I know that you have been wanted to go hiking trip lately, so i suggested you to the club, and we would like to see you there!
