Dear Mr. Brown,

I am writing to inquire about room availability at your hotel. My name is Harpreet Kaur, and I am an Executive Manager at Jazz and Sons Company located in Kenora, Ontario.

I am in need of 3 fully furnished bedrooms with air conditioning for a work training starting on July 2nd. It would be appreciated if vegan breakfast and dinner could be provided.

In addition, we require an office room for the training. Three team members will be visiting on July 2nd and departing on July 4th, the day after the training ends.

For the training to run smoothly, the business room will need to have a good internet connection, along with computers, fax machines, and printers. Please check the availability and let me know if this arrangement is possible, along with the associated charges.
