Dear fellow neighbour,
I hope this letter finds you well!
First off, let me introduce myself. My name is Bridget, and I just moved in across the hall. Actually, I moved over from Sri lanka and this is my first ever apartment in Australia and I am absolutely delighted to be starting my new life in this amazing new community. So, in order to commomerate this milestone of my life, I am throwing a party. It is actually a house warming party and I would love to see you there. Since I am still new to the country (and to the building), I was thinking a party would be the best way to mingle with the building tenants and get to know my wonderful neighbours.
The festivities will be held on Saturday, the 25th September at my flat, unit 2513. The celebrations will begin at 9pm till late. Don’t forget the bring your dancing shoes!
There will be dancing, games, food and an enticingly awesome time promised to you. Please feel free to bring your own booze. Corkage will be provided. The catering will be for finger food and snacks. I will be placing the order with the caterers on Thursday, therefore please let me know if you have any dietary requirements. In terms of music, my friend Rock will be DJing and would welcome any request for songs you have on the day. Depending how the night will turn out, I also have my kareoke machine set up for anyone brave enough to have a crack at it. Please RSVP to my number, 04782784934.
Looking forward to seeing you there!
Thank you
Best regards,
Bridget
