Dear Sam and the rest of Scarlett’s community members,

I hope you are well.

I am writing to inform you that I will be throwing my very first housewarming party this upcoming Saturday at 6 pm. I would like to host this event as I have just recently moved in to this neighborhood, and would do something special for this community. I am hoping that through this social gathering, we all can get to know each other better, and perhaps could show me around. This party will be held at my house, feel free to bring any food and beverages of your preference. There will be few rounds of icebreaking activities, followed by games and sharing sessions. Kindly let me know if there are food allergies I should be aware of. In case you cannot make it, please notify me, at the latest two days, before the event starts. Thank you for your cooperation.
